ProShares Investment Strategy & Methodology

ISPY, IQQQ, and ITWO seek daily covered-call indexes on the S&P 500, Nasdaq-100, and Russell 2000. They get that exposure through swaps. They do not trade the options themselves.

1

Daily call index

The index sells calls on a daily schedule, which is a different overwrite than a monthly index BuyWrite.

2

Swap exposure

The fund tracks the index with swaps rather than holding the options book directly.

Three indexes

ISPY is the S&P 500. IQQQ is the Nasdaq-100. ITWO is the Russell 2000.
